1. Reindeer with Bell and Stars
Let’s start with a classic : a reindeer ! This adorable reindeer doodle is surrounded by stars and a jingle bell, bringing the festive spirit to life. The simple lines make it a quick and easy drawing, but the holiday elements add a playful twist.
2. Icy Blue Snowflake
Snowflakes are a perfect addition to any winter drawing. I made a big one (and a bit more complex), but they come in various shapes ! It’s the perfect design to bring a cool, wintery feel to your holiday sketchbook!
3. Simple Snow Globe
A minimalist take on a snow globe. With simple lines and a clean design, this drawing evokes the quiet beauty of a snow-filled landscape.
4. Snow Globe with Snowman
This time, I drew a snowglobe with a more complicated design. As you can see, you can turn a snow globe into anything you want really quickly ! You can draw a snowman, Santa, a reindeer, or anything you think of.
5. Christmas Stamp
If you want to decorate your letters, you can also draw Christmas stamps ! It’s not as easy as having an actual Christmas stamp or buying one, but it’s cheaper, and it doesn’t take that much time ! There are tons of designs you can think of, but here’s one that I like. 🙂
6. Santa’s Face
Nothing says Christmas like Santa Claus! This drawing captures Santa’s iconic face, complete with his fluffy beard and jolly expression. Surrounded by snowflakes, this doodle has a whimsical feel that’s perfect for any Christmas card or holiday decoration. It’s an easy and fun way to bring the holiday spirit into your art!
7. Christmas Tree with Ornaments
This Christmas tree doodle is slightly more detailed, with decorative ornaments and tinsel wrapping around the tree. The star on top adds a finishing touch, making this drawing stand out.
8. Full Santa Claus
Here, we have a full-body Santa Claus, complete with his iconic red suit and black boots. His friendly stance makes this doodle an adorable addition to any Christmas-themed project. This simple drawing is perfect for beginners who want to capture Santa’s charm with minimal details but maximum holiday spirit!
9. Christmas Stockings
Two festive stockings hang side by side, each with its own design. One stocking is decorated with stars, while the other features tiny Christmas trees. You can play around with the patterns!
10. Reindeer Santa
This charming drawing combines the playful elements of Santa and a reindeer, creating an adorable hybrid character. With Santa’s hat and the reindeer’s antlers, this drawing is both unique and festive. The soft, colored details give it an extra cozy feel, making it perfect for adding some holiday cheer to your drawings!
11. Another Santa
This simple yet adorable Santa doodle captures his cheerful expression and classic holiday look. This doodle of Santa is definitely my favorite !
12. Jingle Bells with Bow
Two festive jingle bells tied together with a beautiful bow and a star above. This elegant holiday doodle is surrounded by tiny stars, making it a delightful drawing for holiday decorations or greeting cards.
13. Cozy Penguin
This adorable penguin is all bundled up in a scarf, making it a cute and wintery addition to your doodles. Its round body and sweet face make this drawing both fun and easy to create. Whether you’re drawing it for a holiday card or just for fun, this cozy little penguin will warm your heart!
14. Wrapped Gifts
Here we have two neatly wrapped gifts, each with a big, decorative bow. Aren’t they cute with the little stars, hearts, and dots floating around ? The simple design leaves room for creativity with the patterns and details you can add to each gift box.
15. Gingerbread Friends
These cute gingerbread figures are perfect for holiday-themed doodles. One is a traditional gingerbread man, and the other is decorated with a top hat and scarf. This pair of sweet characters will bring some playful fun to your drawings, especially if you love decorating cookies!
16. Ornament with Candles
This festive ornament contains two small candles inside, adding a warm and cozy touch to the drawing. The simple design of the candles surrounded by a glass ornament makes it a lovely, peaceful holiday doodle.
17. Reindeer Snowman
Another idea is to do a mix between snowman and reindeer! Isn’t it cute ?
18. Candy Canes
What’s Christmas without candy canes? These two striped candy canes, one with a cute bow, are a festive and fun addition to any holiday drawing collection. The bold stripes and whimsical look make this an easy and playful doodle to try.
19. Winter Landscape Ornament
This winter ornament design captures the peaceful beauty of a snowy landscape.
20. Winter Dividers
These delicate dividers feature stars, snowflakes, and holly, making them perfect for adding decorative touches to your holiday cards or drawings. If you like journaling, it’s also a nice addition to your winter entries !
21. Rudolph the Reindeer
This adorable drawing of Rudolph the Reindeer features his signature red nose and a cozy scarf. The simple lines and pops of red make it a charming holiday doodle for anyone who loves Rudolph’s classic character.
22. Simple Snowman
This cheerful snowman, complete with a striped scarf, is a delightful winter doodle. Its simple shape and happy expression make it easy to draw, yet it captures the joy of building snowmen during the holiday season.
23. Snowy Cabin
Capture the cozy, peaceful feel of winter with this snow-covered cabin nestled among trees. The small details of falling snow and the smoke from the chimney add a homey touch, making this drawing perfect for those looking to create a serene winter scene in their sketchbooks.
24. Christmas Gingerbread
Hungry for some Christmas treats ? This is the perfect doodle for that ! I love gingerbreads, they’re just so cute. This one is a little more complicated than the two we discovered earlier, but take your time, you can do it ! 🙂
25. Christmas Reindeer
Here’s another reindeer drawing idea. You can color its nose in red to draw Rudolph, but I also like drawing regular reindeers for Christmas. Adding a little scarf makes it more friendly in my opinion, but you can also draw it without ♥
26. Cute Snowman
Isn’t this a cute snowman ? It almost looks like it’s gonna start walking asking for a hug.
27. Door Ornament
If you’re writing / decorating a Christmas card, I think this drawing idea is perfect. You can use it for the front of a card, with a couple more doodles around it or a Christmas writing under it. It will look so pretty!
28. Christmas Ornaments
This is another nice idea for a Christmas card ! You need to draw these from the top of your paper, so it looks like it’s hanging on the top of your paper, simply decorating your note or journal. Isn’t it cute ?!
29. Grumpy Christmas Cat
Another version of the “door ornament” I just introduced, it’s even funnier ! If you’re writing to someone who loves cats, or someones who’s a little grumpy (or if you are often grumpy), this can be super fun to draw !
30. Christmas Sock
More simple, and classic, let’s go back to a Christmas sock ! This one is a little more complicated than the other ones in this list !
31. Santa / Reindeer Hat
Let’s continue with a cute santa / reindeer hat. I would say it looks more like a reindeer hat, because it doesn’t really have the shape of a santa hat, but you can tweak that if you want!
32. Truck with Christmas Tree
That’s also such a classic scene, but much harder to draw. If you have more time on your hands, this is a super nice Christmas drawing idea though!
33. Christmas Tree with Candles
This classic Christmas tree is a must for the holiday season. The tree is adorned with tiny star decorations and surrounded by glowing candles, creating a cozy and warm holiday vibe.
Wrap Up
And that’s it for these winter and Christmas drawing ideas !
They are a perfect way to add a little holiday cheer to your sketchbook. Whether you’re drawing festive ornaments, cozy winter scenes, or playful reindeer, each idea brings its own special charm to the season.
