I’ve been so excited for a while about the upcoming cozy games for March, and it’s finally time to talk about them!
Of course and as always, cozy gaming means different things to different people. Some find comfort in life sims and puzzle games, while others enjoy the chill challenge of roguelikes or creative sandbox experiences. With that in mind, I’ve put together a diverse list of upcoming cozy releases for March 2025, so you can find the perfect game to match your vibe.

Cozy Updates March 2025
Tales of the Shire – Delayed Until July
Unfortunately, one game that won’t be joining us this March is Tales of the Shire. Originally set for release on March 25th, the developers recently announced a delay, pushing the game back to July 29th. The reason? They want to make sure every Hobbit, on every platform, gets the best experience possible.
Maybe the fact that the Switch 2 is coming up has something to do with it… But of course, we don’t know for sure. Either way, I’m happy to wait a little longer for a polished, cozy Hobbit life sim! I hope it’ll be worth the wait!
Fields of Mistria – Second Major Update
If you’ve been waiting for a reason to return to Fields of Mistria, this might be it! The game’s second major update is rolling out this month, bringing a new biome, a festival, and much-needed farm expansions.
One of the biggest quality-of-life improvements? Time adjustments! So many people were asking about it, and it’s there. No more racing against the clock to finish your farm chores before the sun sets. With more breathing room in the day, you’ll have extra time to explore, socialize, and enjoy everything the game has to offer. Sounds like the perfect excuse to jump back in!
