If you’re anything like me, you’ve spent countless hours perfecting your Stardew Valley farm layout, only to realize that the inside of your farmhouse still looks like a mismatched furniture store.
After sharing my favorite farm layouts in a previous article, I thought, why not dive into the cozy corners and creative nooks of our virtual homes? There’s a whole world of interior design inspiration out there, from cozy kitchens to pastel wonderland (literally)
So, I scoured Reddit, Pinterest, and the Stardew Valley forums to find some of the most charming and innovative interior designs. If you’re looking for inspiration, I hope you can find some here! I linked all the creators in the caption of each picture. And I tried to organize them as well as I could!
So… let’s get into it and explore these super cute designs!
Overall Views (Whole House)

I really love this one, especially the kitchen & living room area. It’s so cozy and the color scheme used is just everything I love.

Definitely one of my favorites as well. Everything just fits so well together. There is clutter, but not too much. It’s perfect.
This one is a super cute pastel build made with a lot of different mods! You can install mods if you’re playing on computer, but not on the Switch. I have already written an article about the mods I recommend for a fresh playthrough of the game. I love playing Vanilla Stardew, but mods can really enhance the experience sometimes. Kitchen Area
Omg, imagine being an alchemist in this kitchen. When I see this kind of decoration, I immediately think of Maomao from Apothecaries Diaries. If you know, you know.
Simpler decoration, but just as cute!
Darker theme, I love the slight clutter and the fact that the chairs aren’t perfectly matched. It gives an organic vibe to it!
This one is just so cute with the Junimos hanging around and the food on the table. It makes it look lived in!

Bedrooms
Let’s decorate some bedrooms! The section is divided in two: the main bedrooms, and the children’s bedroom.
Bedroom
Small, clutter, wood, perfect. (or at least my definition of perfection)
I love this one as well. The creator divided the room in sections so well is looks super natural. It’s something I tend to struggle with lol
Simple but super cute!
Looks like a magician’s bedroom, which is something I truly love
And a little bit of pastel tones to the collection with this one! As always, the mods are available above in the Full House section.
Child Bedroom
Super cute decoration, perfect for kids.
A bit more mature decoration I would say with this one. Who wouldn’t want a picture of their dad in their bedroom?!
The big Junimo is just too cute
Attic
This one’s some kind of divination room, and I’m totally there for it.
Doesn’t attic call for clutter? This attic is the exact representation of an attic in my mind lol
Cellar
This cellar is so creative. A mix between keg storage and a tavern. I just love it.
This one’s also super creative with the little cozy corner on the left.
Extra Rooms
In this section, you’ll find the extra rooms and cozy corners. People are super creative and making cute rooms like study rooms, libraries, movie theater, bathrooms, and more!
Study / Library
This one’s a little study corner for you or your kids. Super cute.
Here we have more of a library, super simple to make!
This one is another study/reading corner.
And here comes a more mysterious one. If you’re a wizard, maybe this one fits you better?
Another mysterious and wizard-y one. I love the potions clutter on the bottom.
This one is quite gigantic compared to the other ones we’ve discovered above, and I love it!
And the last one for this collection is a very pastel and pink library. Super well organized with a lot of symmetry on the top.
Theater Room
Seriously, who doesn’t need a theater room in their house?!
Bathroom
Did I already mention that Stardew Valley’s players are super creative? I never thought of making a bathroom, but seriously- it’s such a good idea.
As you probably know by now, you’ll need the mods listed at the top of the article to achieve this one’s look!
Green Rooms / Corner
Note: you can get these trees from the claw machine in the movie theater!
I’m just in love with this one, honestly. The colors are super cozy, and the junimos…uuuh. ♥
Greenhouse
A lot of people wonder how to properly decorate their greenhouse (me included). I’ve found a couple of pictures for inspiration, but not many!
Terrace
A little terrace changes the whole vibe of the outside of the house!
Shed
There are so many rooms you can create from the shed. And Stardew players are just so creative, I couldn’t help but put many examples in this section! Some people made wineries, others made creative library or potion room, there are just so many options you can get inspiration from. ♥

Ginger Island House
Ginger Island is not an area that you can start decorating right away. If you haven’t unlocked it, just continue playing the game and it will come eventually! Once you unlock it, maybe you’ll end up spending more time there than in your main house. hehe
