If you’re a cozy gamer and have been up to date with the latest news, you must’ve heard of Infinity Nikki. Maybe you even became addicted to it, like many of us! Infinity Nikki is such a beautiful mix of open-world exploration, cozy gathering, stylish dress-up, and addictive gacha mechanics. It’s a game that stands out as a fresh take on the genre, blending all these elements into one magical package.
Of course, no other game will be exactly like Infinity Nikki—it’s one of a kind. But if you’re craving more games that share some of the things you loved about it, I’ve got a list for you. Whether you’re here for the cozy vibes, the fashion-forward dressing up, the expansive open worlds, or the thrill of gacha, there’s something here to keep you entertained.
So let’s try to find some new game for you to try !
Note : you might have a different view on cozy games than I do (and that’s okay!) I don’t feel stressed by some combat in a game, so I can find a cozy experience in a lot of games. If you don’t find combat cozy, you can skip some of the games in this list! ♥
Shining Nikki
Let’s start with the obvious choice—Shining Nikki. If you loved Infinity Nikki and haven’t played another game in the Nikki franchise, this one is a must. It’s not an open-world adventure like Infinity Nikki, but it’s deeply rooted in the dressing-up aspect.
It shares some familiar gameplay mechanics, like combat that revolves around styling outfits based on specific attributes. Choosing the right outfit can unlock unique skills for Nikki, adding a layer of strategy to your designs.
That said, Shining Nikki does lean heavily on in-game currency for progression. Building your bond with Nikki requires gifting her snacks and items to boost her vigor, which can feel a bit pay-to-win. If you don’t mind that aspect, though, the game is a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the Love Nikki universe. Plus, the attention to detail in the outfits and animations makes it an absolute treat for anyone who loves fashion-focused games.. If fashion is your favorite part of Infinity Nikki, you’ll feel right at home with Shining Nikki.
Zelda: Breath of the Wild
(also : Tears of the Kingdom)
If exploring the magical open world of Infinity Nikki had you hooked, then you absolutely need to check out Breath of the Wild and its sequel, Tears of the Kingdom. Both games give you an enormous open world to explore, complete with crafting, catching insects, and cozy activities like cooking meals for your journey.
What’s more, Kentaro Tominaga, who worked on Infinity Nikki, was also part of the Breath of the Wild team. The influence is clear, with that same sense of discovery and charm carrying over. Whether you’re climbing mountains or gliding across serene landscapes, these games deliver on the wonder of exploration.
Note : these two games are heavily story driven and require to fight quite a lot, so be mindful if combat is not something you like! You can also play the game without fighting, but you won’t be able to finish the story.
Genshin Impact
If you’re here for the gacha elements of Infinity Nikki, then Genshin Impact is a natural fit. This game is all about collecting characters, exploring a stunning open world, and diving into a rich fantasy story.
While Genshin leans heavily on its elemental combat system, it also offers plenty of cozy moments—like fishing, cooking, and solving puzzles in the environment. Plus, the gacha system is addictive (in the best and worst ways), and pulling for your favorite characters is always a thrill.
Style Savvy series
Style Savvy is a series of games on Nintendo 3DS (and Wii U for the first game). In this series, you find :
- Style Savvy: Trendsetters (2012) – Nintendo 3DS
- Style Savvy: Styling Star (2017) – Nintendo 3DS

- Wagamama Fashion: Girls Mode Yokubari Sengen! Tokimeki Up! (2014) – Nintendo 3DS
- Style Savvy (2008) – Nintendo DS, Wii U

For those who love the dressing-up side of Infinity Nikki, Style Savvy games (or the newer Fashion Dreamer) are perfect picks. These games let you create stunning outfits and sometimes even design your own pieces.
If you have a Nintendo 3DS, I really invite you to try to older games in this series! They are really nice.
Wuthering Waves
If you loved the exploration and gacha aspects of Infinity Nikki but want something with a bit more challenge, Wuthering Waves might be your next favorite.
This game combines an open-world setting with gacha mechanics and a relatively difficult combat system. It’s stunning, immersive, and perfect for players who love the thrill of discovery but don’t mind a steeper learning curve.
Honkai: Star Rail
From the creators of Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail takes the gacha system you know and love and builds it into a turn-based RPG.
While it doesn’t have the open-world exploration of Infinity Nikki, it makes up for it with its engaging story and strategic gameplay. If you’re a fan of RPGs and gacha systems, this is one you don’t want to miss.
Disney Dreamlight Valley
If cozy gathering, farming, and taking care of a peaceful village are what drew you to Infinity Nikki, then you need to try Disney Dreamlight Valley.
This game combines life simulation with classic Disney magic. You’ll farm, mine, cook, fish, and even craft while befriending beloved Disney characters like Mickey and Moana. It’s warm, whimsical, and incredibly relaxing—the perfect game for cozy vibes.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons
Another cozy staple, Animal Crossing lets you gather resources, decorate your dream island, and connect with quirky neighbors.
If you loved the relaxing pace of Infinity Nikki, you’ll feel right at home here. It’s the kind of game you can play endlessly, creating the perfect little paradise for yourself.
Dress to Impress
For the competitive fashionistas, Dress to Impress is an exciting twist on dressing games. Instead of just creating outfits, you’ll be designing looks based on specific themes and competing to see whose style reigns supreme.
For those who don’t know Dress to Impress, it’s a Roblox game made by young people in which you’ll compete on the runway with other people. The majority of players are really young, but you can join private servers to find a community that will fit you better if you are 18+.
If you loved the dress-up aspect of Infinity Nikki but want to test your creativity against others, this is a fantastic choice. (yes I do play Dress to Impress sometimes)
Bratz: Flaunt Your Fashion
This one’s a fun and nostalgic pick for fans of Infinity Nikki. In Bratz: Flaunt Your Fashion, you’ll play as your favorite Bratz characters, unlocking new outfits and styles while building your career as a fashion reporter.
It’s lighthearted and packed with personality—perfect for anyone who wants a game that’s all about fashion and fun.
SELFY COLLECTION: The Dream Fashion Stylist
If your favorite part of Infinity Nikki was styling intricate outfits, SELFY COLLECTION is a dream come true. With over 5,000 clothing pieces to choose from, you’ll travel the world taking on styling challenges to grow your skills and reputation as a fashion icon.
It’s a mobile game, so it’s perfect for quick bursts of creativity when you’re on the go.
SuitU: Fashion Avatar Dress UP
Another mobile gem, SuitU is a fun, casual fashion game where you’ll dress up characters to fit different themes.
It’s simple but satisfying, and the variety of options makes it a great pick for fans of Infinity Nikki’s dress-up mechanics.
Life Makeover
Finally, Life Makeover is a must-try for anyone who loved creating outfits in Infinity Nikki. Each level challenges you to design the perfect look for an event or theme, and the sheer variety of options will keep you coming back for more.
It’s engaging, creative, and packed with opportunities to show off your style.
Wrap Up
While no game will ever capture Infinity Nikki’s exact magic, these games each offer something special that might remind you of why you fell in love with it in the first place. Whether it’s the fashion, the cozy vibes, the open world, or the gacha mechanics, there’s plenty here to explore.
